What Did You/ Your Employer Do for Employee Morale During COVID?

I’m curious what some other organizations have done. We all took it pretty seriously and have implemented several items for COVID prevention and safety…but our employee morale is still pretty grim (both office and shop).

We are an essential supplier, so we’ve been going gangbusters even through the early shutdowns in March-April. But we also can’t do our normal communications meetings, daily standups, cookouts, food trucks, etc. People are (correctly) staying isolated but it’s definitely affected everyone.
