I just graduated with a degree in civil engineering. I am now a logistics/operations supervisor with General Mills. What kind of path can i take my future in?

I was hoping to utilize some of my engineering mindset into the work environment. As of right now, I am more of a manager and not really implementing anything except a few capital projects. I feel that there’s quite a gap in my learning curve and i dont want to lose that. As I want to eventually move into a different position in at least 2 years, what are some of my opportunities in different outlets of what i can do ? I was thinking of procurement or some form of engineering but i dont really have much experience in that.
