I work at a company and we do lots of brazing of small diameter copper tubes, around 1/4". We are having trouble with keeping and training our brazers. Does any one have experience with induction brazing? It seems like a much simpler way to heat up the copper and melt the braze material. It also seems faster, and we do have an issue with hitting other close components with the flame and we normally put insulation around the piece so we hit the insulation, instead of the other components.
My job is not to keep the employees, that is the managers job, but I am here to solve problems and this seems like one that is semi-easy to switch to.
